Before you get in touch
Do I need to visit the showroom or can you come to me?
Both. For most projects we recommend starting with a free in-home measure — we visit your site, take exact measurements and assess the space. This gives us everything we need to quote accurately. A showroom visit is optional but useful if you want to see and touch material samples before deciding on a finish. You're welcome to do one, both, or neither — we can quote from plans or photos if that's easier for you.
How quickly can I get a quote?
For most projects, we can provide an indicative range within one business day of your enquiry. A fixed-price quote requires a measure-up visit; we aim to schedule these within 3–5 business days and provide the final quote within 24 hours of the visit. During peak periods the timeline may extend slightly — we'll always keep you informed.
Do you service all of Melbourne and Geelong?
Yes — we service all suburbs across Greater Melbourne and Greater Geelong, including the Mornington Peninsula, the Yarra Valley, the Bellarine Peninsula and areas in between. For regional Victoria outside these areas, contact us to discuss — we do take on select projects further afield depending on scope and schedule.
I'm a builder — do you work with trades?
Absolutely. A significant portion of our work comes through builders, architects and interior designers. We offer trade pricing, can work from plans and specifications, and understand the requirements of working within a construction programme. Contact us directly to discuss trade account options and we can arrange an introduction with our trade team.
What information should I have ready before contacting you?
The more context you can give us, the more useful our initial response will be — but you don't need much to get started. Helpful things to have: a rough idea of what you're after (e.g. "timber staircase with glass balustrade"), your suburb, whether you're building new or renovating, and any photos or plans you already have. If you have none of these, that's fine too — we're happy to start from scratch.
